These are just some of the designs and builds in my portfolio.  All designs are original and optimized for additive manufacturing with end use durability in mind.  The primary material used is External link opens in new tab or windowCarbon Fiber PETG composite which is extremely tough, even in Canadian winter temperatures.  Some parts that need to be compliant (flexible) may wear out quicker, but this is expected and multiple spares are provided.  Other items may need very fine tolerances or be able to transmit ultrasound, these are manufactured using SLA (resin) printing technology.  Other custom builds and prototypes can be seen in the Custom Builds Gallery.


Most scanners shown are less than $1000CAD.  In most cases,  the encoder (also 3D printed in 316SS) is the most expensive part of the package.  Custom designs or modifications are always possible.  Cost depends on complexity and build time.  In some cases, a 30 day trial period can be offered.  Contact me for more information.
